We purchased this prestatehood house over 30 years ago and finally have been able to start doing windows. Sunburst was the perfect choice. The job included rebuilding prestatehood framing, a small wall and making sure even the new sliding door worked in our kapakahi house. The crew were very understanding that they were being supervised and advised by our grandchildren ages 5, 3, 2 and 1 on a constant basis. We will definitely go with Sunburst when we are able to do more windows.
We got three estimates for our window project. This company was the cheapest and proved the saying true. "You get what you pay for." The only good thing about them was their customer service. The receptionist, Kim was amazing at answering questions in a timely manner and helping me when needed. The owner, Larry was also very good at communicating with me. But the laborers were horrible. They left trash and pieces of glass on our roof. They didn't clean the windows they installed, so they're all dirty from the outside. They used the wrong size trim after they specifically told me they had the right size to match our association guidelines. They were lazy and I could tell they didn't want to be bothered doing the job in one day. They didn't even finish the job. I had to call the company and they sent out someone else the next day to finish.
The team was very professional and friendly! My neighbors have made several comments about how quickly they finished the project, and the new windows are a huge improvement to the look and feel of the house. Very satisfied

The installations went smoothly and finished in three days for eleven windows including taking out the old windows and hauling them away. The crew were professional and mindful of the contents close to the windows.

The team that installed the 15 windows and 2 patio doors were awesome! Very professional and easy to work with. The job foreman Kawika was very well organized, and at the end of the day he would go over what happened, and would make a plan with me for the next day. The Milgard windows and patio doors are beautiful and clear, and operate really easy, and have enhanced my view. The neighbor next door is so impressed he wants to get a quote as well. I would highly recommend Sunburst Windows to anyone who is looking to replace their windows!
